Uphold high software quality standards within the team by establishing best practices and ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Application Designer to gain a deep understanding of requirements and identify areas for development and enhancement. Participate in planning sessions to provide accurate estimations for given requirements
Mentor software engineers and engineering department personnel in the utilization of reusable tools and patterns, such as reusable code
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends on behalf of the development team and the broader engineering department. Conduct research, testing, and implementation of new techniques that can be applied across various sites and software development projects

Qualification
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information technology, or related fields8years of experience in web frontend technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, Less/Sass, AJAX, Web Components) and backend service technologies (Java, Node.js, Golang)
Experience in managing software development team as a technical lead
Experience in using multiple modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., AngularJS, Angular, React, Vue.js, Polymer)
Experience in building single page application (SPA) and good understanding of Progressive Web App (PWA)
Knowledge of web service and its related technologies, RESTful, SOAP, XML, JSON
