Develop effective recruiting plans, strategies, and manpower
Consult hiring managers about recruiting requirements to align with business needs, evaluate organizational development plans, and convert them into job descriptions and candidate’s qualifications
Perform end-to-end recruitment cycle;
Pre-screen job candidates and review resumes and qualifications to determine candidate’s suitability
Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers
Verify references and conduct background checks
Manage all communication and maintain effective relationships with candidates
Extend offers within company procedures and manage the job offer including negotiation and administration with qualified candidates
Source applicants through various methods including advertising, job sites, job events, or other online platforms
Organize and execute college recruitment programs and campaigns. Participate in and organize career fairs or any recruitment activities
Develop a strong passive and active candidate pipeline through local and international channels
Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate and current applicant data base, and recruiting metrics (cost per hire etc.)
Improve and enhance the candidate’s experience of the company’s recruitment process to maximize their impression
Corporate with the marketing team or relevant teams for improving the company branding
Ensure regulatory aspects of the full cycle recruitment process is compliant with laws
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Having at least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical recruitment (Data development)
Having experience in managing applicant data bases and applicant tracking systems
Having experience in candidate sourcing solutions i.e. LinkedIn recruiter, etc.
