This position is to manage and develop collection data platform and application to support the business dynamic changes and Provide the information and report which related with SCB Plus request

Job Description

• Prepare all related regulatory documents or application for compliance as assigned
• Provide data and report such as Assignment, Performance tracking, incentive, and commission to support for SCB Plus operations
• Develop dashboard for High level and Middle management by using Power BI and Excel
• Develop, maintain, and convert current manual tasks to be an automation by using SAS, SQL, MS/ACCESS, Azure Database, Databricks&Python
• Develop Collection data platform and application to support the business dynamic changes
• Maintain a database of changes to all collections strategies and actions
• Monitor and manage server storage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, MIS, Computer Engineering or relate program
• At least 5 years experiences in Leasing, Banking, Collection or related fields
• High capable in managing project management with cross-functional work environment with Multinational Corporations large enterprises
• Good Technical skill in VBScript, Excel Macro, Batch, SAS, SQL, Python and Power BI
• Good command of English
• Good command of computer literacy (MS-office 365, SharePoint, Yammer, etc.)
• Well-organized, self-driven with good communication, interpersonal skill, reliable, Team work and “can-do” attitude
