Job Summary

This job position aims to design, initiate, and develop & configure the automated customer journey with leading technical implementation to enable ideas for digital marketing, this will be a key person to understand and ensure digital campaign can be accomplished, also covers planning and execution of marketing technology roadmap as well as delivery innovative solutions to address business’s goals effectively.

Job Description

  • Design and develop structured customer journey that supports multi-wave and omni/multi-channel communication, as well as, develop and implement campaign conversion tracking, both online and online-to-offline
  • Conceptualize, design and implement complex solution to develop and deliver innovative custom solutions in order to ensure business goals and digital campaign accomplishment
  • Lead technical implementation to enable ideas for digital marketing and digital campaigns, together with identify the initiatives, new ideas, new techniques and new technology to improve campaign results
  • Analyze, deploy and develop an integrated marketing technology roadmap that includes deep collaboration with the IT, Data Analytic, CRM, and related stakeholders and work closely with vendors and partners for requirement analysis, design and development towards digital marketing platform
  • Oversees digital marketing platform operations, including campaign traffic, new journey developments & enhancement, web application analytic tool integration, content portal & ads network integration, and tracking code deployment for digital campaigns


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or any fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital / data driven in marketing campaigns automation, or digital acquisition & engagement in technology industry and/or start-up, e-commerce is preferable
  • Experience and familiar with analyzing big data and statistical models, enterprise Digital Marketing solution (Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred; other enterprise including Adobe, Oracle, SAP are welcome), Marketing Automation, or Marketing Technology would be a plus
  • Strong entrepreneurial, analytical, strategic thinking & planning, presenting, and interpersonal skills with effective communication over multi-departments and adaptive planning during the dynamic environment
