Job Description

• Responsible for the bank's overall payment strategy, business roadmap development, cross-unit alignment, KPI setting and tradeoffs
• Initiate and implement strategies for new payment products
• Manage P&L and control budget
• Actively participate in and shape payments industry direction and key decisions (e.g., national e-payment program, BOT policies, common ticket)
• Formulate Bank’s capability-enhancing strategy thru disruptive technologies, including monitoring and interpreting key trends/ emerging technologies, identifying and piloting disruptive technologies, liaising with internal as well as other external parties (i.e., Digital Ventures, Digital, fintech communities, etc.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ experience in retail payment products
• Have leadership experience and knowledge of retail payment products
• Strong business acumen, analytical and presentation skills, meticulous, possess drive and initiative
