Job Summary
Channel Performance Analytics is responsible for providing sales performance reports and dashboards on a regular basis to key stakeholders. The team is to collaborate and work closely with related data teams to deliver the requested outcomes within scope and timeline. Additionally, the team needs to analyze sales performance to provide insightful information for Sales Management team to improve sales efficiency.

Job Description

• Lead the Channel Performance Analytics team to ensure all deliverables are made in timely manner
• Develop and maintain Python programs to process sales transaction data in various formats (text file, csv, excel, etc.) to calculate sales KPI for Integrated Channels (Branches, SSME, Direct Sales)
• Provide sales performance reports (Excel/Power BI) and dashboard (Power BI) on the daily, weekly, and monthly basis for Branch Network and sales staff with accuracy, reliability, and consistency in timely manner
• Provide pipeline reports and productivity reports to track sales milestones and evaluate sales staff to improve sales efficiency
• Analyze sales result and activities data (such as Active Sales, Sales Improvement, etc.) to find insights to drive business growth
• Work closely with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and FIA (Financial Information Analytics) team to provide sales related inputs and ensure the correctness of sales KPI calculations
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as per business requests to support management decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, MIS, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years of data analytics (preferably in Banking Industry)
• Strong Python programming / Advanced Excel (preferably with VBA & Power Query skills) / Power BI skill as a plus
• Good analytical abilities and judgement with sense of mathematics/statistics and business application
