Job Summary

Learning and development managers are responsible for designing and reviewing training courses. Assessment and follow-up to develop knowledge, build skills, and encourage employees to have continuous knowledge use experience. Until new behaviors that have a tangible impact on business development, learning and development managers also need to focus on the implementation of both short- and long-term policies and strategies of the line and the organization for effective planning and implementation.

Job Description

• Analyze and assess information, data, and the external environment context to be the source for learning and development strategy formulation
• Analyze and design Functional Training specifically for BU Training
• Design and develop Learning Journey
• Manage all aspects for new curriculum development programs
• Lead and manage learning and development projects as assigned
• Evaluate and ensure learning effectiveness of implementing learning and development projects or programs
• Research the latest learning and new development methods to apply in Development Program
• IDP – Individual Development Plan Enhance systematic learning needs analysis through individual development planning
• Maximize in Budget Planning and Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, General Management, Political Science, Psychology, or other related fields)
• At least 3 years of experience in HR strategy, learning & development, or Organization Development
• Have knowledgeable and experiences in applying adult learning principle & new trend technology for Development Tools
• Familiar with course design and development including Development Journey
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Good in presentation, Having a service mind and facilitative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work under pressure & changing environment
