Job Summary

The Relationship Manager position is mainly responsible for managing and developing a diversified portfolio of corporate clients to ensure revenue growth and excellent services are always delivered.

Job Descriptions

  • Engage clients in strategic dialogue, be a value-added advisor who understands clients’ full needs for financial solutions and position the Bank as a provider of solutions, not just generic products
  • Conduct the in-depth industry study & analysis and recommend the appropriate financial products & services
  • Provide input to the market segment sales strategy based on a deep understanding of the market, client needs and business growth opportunities
  • Develop in-depth understanding and assessment of borrower's business needs, evaluate and identify risk and mitigations in order to identify lending opportunities, appropriate loan structure and recommend financial solutions to borrowers, identify new opportunities and equip origination
  • Analyze and assess the current market’s issue and compare with other competitors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administrations, Management, Marketing, Finance and Banking, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of direct experiences in Relationship Manager role with background in credit and loan products. A candidate with experiences in other banking products is welcome.
  • Sound knowledge in credit products and skillful in business management and development
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, analytical and critical thinking skills
