Support and develop appropriate WBG business plan, identify respective strategic initiatives and detailed implementation plan as necessary with integration of sustainability
Analyze competitive landscape and peer benchmarking, identify opportunity and set up target/aspiration
Support team lead for project management, including coordinating with stakeholders, setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and following up key deliverables.
Manage multiple projects end-to-end including working with cross function team along with other executional alignment.
Revisit and revise strategy, key measurement and required action plan in response to the situation change.
Carry on other strategic assignment upon requested.
Qualifications
Bachelor/Master’s degree in MBA, Economic, Finance and Accounting, or related fields.
6 years’ experience in segment management, strategic planning, corporate strategy in banking industry, sustainability or related.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal capability and solid quantitative, analytical, problem solving, and project management skills with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work well under pressure.
