Job summary

Team Leader manage specific product assignment for Unsecured Credit Products and New Product Development in research for new product, product enhancement, and product redesign, ensure end to end process in place to support responsible product business implementation and meet customer’s needs. Ensure the target achieved as plan for responsible products.

Job Description

  • Manage and supervise Unsecured Lending and New Product Development team product managers to accomplish established goals
  • Design go to market strategy and end-to-end process to support the developed products starting from customer’s on-boarding until underwriting and record in Bank’s systems
  • Initiate Product Program Criteria for Unsecured Lending and new product development (Work in process) to meet customer’s need, optimized Risk and Returns. Work with risk team in order to set up underwriting criteria and propose the new developed products to relevant Approval Committees
  • Conduct proper, clear communication, clarification to both front-line (e.g. RM, sales, Branch network) and back-end support to ensure product and process understanding
  • Regular co-ordinate with both front-end (e.g. RM, sales, Branch network back-end support (e.g. risk, operation, RC, Collection, Special Business Function) to get product’s feedback as source for future product improvement
  • Manage and maintain printing material (Application, Contract, Leaflet, etc.) up to date and comply with legal and regulation.
  • Ensure product process in comply with regulation as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Financial, Banking or Economics or Business or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years in banking industry (SSME product is a plus)
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables;
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Process orientation; demonstrated ability to improve existing processes in and out of product development;
  • Energy and enthusiasm; candidates must find the work "fun" and enjoy being accountable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Good personality, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and work well under pressure.
