Summary

This position is to perform MIS and generate data collection for performance monitoring and monitor routine operation reports for SCB plus and team management

Job Description

• Prepare forecasted collection volume for new assignment to Field collector team
• Review Commission structure and monitoring scheme to success rate
• Calculate commission by scheme and provide to Filed collection team
• Prepare all related regulatory documents or application for compliance as assigned
• Maintain a database of changes to all collections strategies and actions
• Regularly generate performance report by weekly and monthly
• Collaborate with all levels for collection team
• Support on ad-hoc assignments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, MIS, Computer Engineering or relate program
• High capable in managing project management with cross-functional work environment with Multinational Corporations large enterprises
• Strong to advanced excel and Data model, Query Data, Power BI
• Good command of computer literacy (MS-office 365, SharePoint, Yammer, etc.)
• Good command of English
• Well-organized, self-driven with good communication, interpersonal skill and reliable
