Job Summary:

The key role of the position is providing financial advisory services, M&A and IPO to all types of corporations ranging from private companies to state enterprises in all business sectors.

Job Descriptions:

• Acting as a strategic solutions provider to clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored advisory services.
• Originating, developing, and presenting business ideas and opportunities to clients across various sectors.
• Leading the execution of transactions, managing deal timelines, and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior clients, providing trusted and insightful financial advice.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the banking business beyond the investment banking function to effectively cross-sell SCB’s full suite of products and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economic, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 8 years’ working experience preferably - Finance related fields (investment banking, banking, consulting)
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong leadership, financial, conceptual, communication, and analytical skills
• Result-oriented with positive attitude
