Job Summary

This position will be a part of Channel Strategy and Management team. The key objective for this role is to challenge status quo, to transform business model to maintain a competitive edge, to develop initiatives and plan to pilot new prototype or model with agile approach.

Job Description

• Develop new strategies creating new business, futuristic model for Integrated Channels and drive the execution of those strategies
• Evaluate competitor and do benchmarking in technology and services including latest trend in channel’s design and digitalization at world class level as well as the ability to recommend on channel’s transformation
• Deliver a broad range of business improvement activities by conducting concept testing as well as validating design and outcome
• Create project proposal with meaningful and complete information including key benefits and measurements i.e. cost benefit analysis, project’s scope or timeline, and deliver projects as per approved scope, budget and timeline

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or other related fields
• Over 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Business Management, Process Improvement, Project Management or other related areas
• Proven experiences as a Strategic planner or Business consultant
• Well experienced in Branch Operations, Process Design, Change Management and procedures
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, problem solving skills with service minded, persistency and self-motivation
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong presentation, and communication skills
