Job Summary

Business Coordinator & Engagement Officer (International Banking Business) role is mainly responsible for managing budgets, invoicing, and vendor payments, organizing schedules and facilities, and coordinating travel arrangements. Additionally, it encompasses implementing marketing communication activities for SCB and its international branches, supporting events, and preparing marketing materials while ensuring compliance with approval processes.

Job Description

• Manage budgets, handle invoicing, and process payments to vendors
• Arrange schedules, appointments, and facilities, as well as coordinate travel and accommodation
• Order and maintain stationery & equipment and prepare memoranda for approval
• Implement marketing communication activities for SCB and its international branches, including managing events, writing content for newsletters and marketing materials, and promoting branches through economic articles on SCB Thailand's online platforms
• Support marketing events by preparing facilities, collaborating with other divisions, and writing memoranda for marketing approval

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economic, Finance, Business Administration or related field or related fields
• At least 2 years of experiences in banking industry
• Strong understanding in Banking rules and regulation
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Competent in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiar with big data management tools or AI program will be plus
