Job Summary

Responsible for providing performance analysis, data modeling, propensity models to optimize portfolio return and risk performance including recommend and create customer segmentation based on data analytics. This position requires to provide recommendations on other key business issues requiring analytics, strategic direction in the analysis of SSME portfolio and other valuable business intelligence used in developing & optimizing portfolios.

Job Description

• Provide weekly Acquisition and Portfolio performance dashboard and monitoring
• Provide weekly Branch performance dashboard
• Daily Acquisition report on special projects
• Portfolio Management activities : Debt restructuring criteria for both Secured and Unsecured
• Set up and work on early delinquent debt collection by front line/branch
• Set sales KPI , incentive and sales campaign
• Establish and execute risk based coverage plan
• Profit and loss management including pricing and analyze portfolio and opportunity
• Set SSME budget/business Forecast and keep tracking with FP&A team Others

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years in portfolio management
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Process orientation; demonstrated ability to develop repeatable processes or improve existing processes in and out of product development
• Project management skills; will have demonstrated the ability to push projects over the finish line with sound planning and persistent execution; will understand how to align resources, seek the input of key constituents, and manage others to achieve desired results
