Enables that organization to tailor its capacity to meet variations in demand or to manage the level of demand
Identify demand forecast risks and develop effective mitigation plans with resource managers and product managers
Develop demand plan based on business trends and demand patterns together with Product managers and DataX Management as well as being liaison with the Monolines
Analyze and troubleshoot demand related issues in a timely and accurate manner together with Product Owners and Resource managers
Assist in developing annual budgets and cost-effectiveness initiatives with the Finance/Account Function
Ensure the necessary training materials are properly maintained and organize training to team members, if necessary
Ensure the project members follow company rules and regulations, working together with Project Managers, Product Managers, and Resource Managers
Develop a routine and ad-hoc demand related reports for management
Schedule forecast review meetings with management on a regular basis
Maintain demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy
Work with team (Project Manager, Product Manager, Resource Manager, and any other involved parties) to plan, coordinate and execute demand planning activities.
Ensure Product Manager updating the forecasts for new products, seasonal products, etc.
Coordinate with resource managers to monitor and maintain optimal availability
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required with a major in Information Technology, IT Business, Computer Science, Technology, or any related.
5+ years of integrated projects/program/portfolio management experience in a competitive service industry preferably in banking, or financial services
Prior experience in project management, project delivery, and implementation of data technology solutions or having experience in a data-driven environment and collaboration projects with IT
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and experience working with technical management teams
Ability to work independently with minimal daily supervision
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills especially in complex-issue situations
Strong customer focus and ability to handle difficult stakeholders as well as interact with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
