Job Description

• Consult and gather requirements from Business Units/requesters/Partners to clarify understanding of the project
• Collaborate with the technical team, in any given product development cycle, on data requirements such as data structure, data flow, dependencies, and perform data mapping in the context of the needs of business requirement
• Interpret business needs by developing business requirements and functional specifications as document, Business flow, and System/Data Flow for the implementation of business solutions or design solutions Interact with business owners in the organization to understand current and future requirements
• Leads or provides direction for the planning, designing, and execution of user testing efforts
• Analyzes User Acceptance Testing use cases & results to ensure the solution meets the needs of the business
• Provides input to the development of information quality metrics
• Design, develop, and support interactive visual dashboards and reports
• Proactively and independently formulate actions plans to resolve problems
• Advise on how data visualizations can be best leveraged to provide business value
• Ability to support data extraction, data profiling, business intelligence, and other data intensive solutions to create advanced BI visualizations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or related fields
• 5+ years of business analysis, data analysis or related technical experience in a competitive service industry preferably in banking or financial services
• 3+ years' experience with SQL, with demonstrated ability to derive insights through efficient SQL queries
• Knowledge of database design and concepts is preferred
• Good Understanding with ETL processes
• Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and undefined areas and leverage analytical capabilities to drive business outcomes under time sensitive deadlines
• Prior experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication, presentation, and writing skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to engage with cross-functional teams and effectively gather project/program requirements
• Ability to manage a broad range of tasks and a track record of efficiently meeting deadlines
• Knowledge of data mapping, data processing, and Cloud Technology is advantage
• Strong analytical skills with business sense; ability to communicate complex analysis in a clear and simple manner
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
