EP.2 Remote cheering app lets fans enjoy matches from stadiums
With stadiums forced to close, players are lonely, while fans miss attending games. Recently, world-renowned Japanese Company Yamaha launched a new application featuring functions that truly fulfill the needs of football fans.
Special in-app functions offer options that let football fans view matches live on television, choose to send their cheers real-time, or sing football club anthems, which will be broadcast though over 58 loudspeakers installed all over stadiums. The feature allows football fans to cheer their teams, while players are no longer lonely.
The pandemic could not stop a Danish Football Club, AGF Aarhus, from its efforts to boost a match atmosphere. The football club installed large 3x40 meter screens around its stadium to broadcast the stadium atmosphere and cheering fans at home. Football fans will be able to participate in matches via Zoom’s live broadcasting feature. The new special feature has been designed to let football fans enjoy matches in their favorite seats as if they were in a real stadium, and their voices will be broadcast for everyone to hear.
A football match without cheering sounds is like toast without honey. For players, competing amid silence and an empty stadium is tough. Seeing familiar faces on a screen can unbelievably boost their spirits. Fans can enjoy matches live and send their cheers together with other fans. This will create good memories for both players and fans.
