Create and maintain business requirements document including business workflow and data flow diagram which can be understandable by business and technical team
Monitor that all requirements and developments will comply with applicable standard, BOT regulations and audit requirements by coordinating with related parties both internal and external units
Provide the end to end solution analysis by identifying business need, business constraints, business impacts and new opportunities which may have in the future
Present requirements and solution to stakeholders for approval process or program design and development
Qualification
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or related field
At least 3 years of experience in role of Business/System Analyst or Business Process Improvement (Experience in Banking or Financial industry is preferred)
Experience in developing business process maps and formal requirements documentation such as business requirements document (BRD)
Strong problem solving and analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate with more technical IT teams or related parties
Proficiency in the use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
