Support data driven decision by providing professional and responsive reports or analysis.
Work end-to-end in data analytics & MIS related activities from preparing data to conduct analysis, providing reports, MIS, and BI tools for users.
Manage and coordinate with data provider in order to access and retrieve data from various systems.
Prepare data for use including data extraction, pre-processing, data cleansing, data transformation, and data loading.
Provide auto/hire purchase products portfolio overview, reports, and MIS on a periodic basis such as application, booking, portfolio performance, yield, penetration, leakage and preventive reports on a periodic basis so business can actively monitor the portfolio in timely and accuracy manner.
Develop and maintain data cube to gain insight and form strategy of the portfolio including revenue, cost of fund, credit loss, credit risk measures, profitability, and RAROC.
Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business requirement including investigate information and conduct analysis on arising business issue.
Manage customer lead and keep track of its performance.
Coordinate with Risk & Finance units for risk & finance related data, report & MIS.
Coordinate with collection units on collections and debt management activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Financial, Banking, Economics, Business, Science, Engineering, or other related fields.
Experience with data preparation and data analytics in Banking/Finance/Hire Purchase industry.
Programming language skills such as SAS, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, QlikView or Tableau
Analytical thinking and business interpretation
Banking, Finance, or Hire Purchase business background and product knowledge.
Retail/Consumer credit risk knowledge/background is a plus.
