Job Summary

This role is mainly responsible for Tracking and monitoring GTS product performance monthly across 6 countries; collaborate with Head Office to serve focus clients; commercialize new products; drive product utilization initiatives; ensure product governance and control through collaboration and training.

Job Description

• rack and Monitor GTS product performance (Cash, Trade and Liquidity) on monthly basis for 6 countries Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Myanmar
• Develop Strategic initiatives to help drive overseas branches to increase product utilization and attract new customers
• Work closely with Head Office Product Team to ensure overseas branches ability to serve our key focus clients
• Accountable for the commercialization of new products/enhancements to local countries and monitor product utilization
• Ensure product governance and control by collaborating with Head Office and local teams to align with and comply with HO standards. Provide product training and Q&A sessions to local sales teams and develop key materials like Product Pitchbooks and Programs for local countries

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in banking industry with a strong background in Product development, Global Transaction Services (GTS) products such as Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Liquidity Management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to product governance and control is highly desirable
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and monitor product performance across multiple countries and regions
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Competent in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiar with big data management tools or AI program will be plus
