• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute the bank's strategic plans and initiatives
• Conduct research and analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and threats to the bank's business
• Work with business units to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic solutions to enhance the bank's overall performance as well as provide guidance and support to business units in executing strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with the bank's overall strategy
• Develop and implement performance metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor progress towards strategic goals and objectives
• Manage cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or a related field. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic plans and initiatives with sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends in the financial services industry
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights and excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and key stakeholders
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
