Partner with stakeholders across business and technology teams to understand needs, shape platform vision, and translate the aspiration into executable actions
Develop and manage roadmap of platform features and services, adapting to changes and re-prioritizing in an agile fashion
Drive the execution of platform vision by working closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, data scientist, marketing, and businesses
Keep track of key success metrics and financial results, including the implications on roadmap and execution
Communicate progress and lead discussion with key stakeholders, ranging from working teams to management
Good balance of pushing and listening to manage stakeholders, being able to manage competing needs
Able to draw implications from data (e.g., customer behavior, platform usage) and make fact-based decision
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer information system, business administration, software engineering, computer science, marketing or related fields
At least 5 years of experience in digital product management or similar
Organized and able to manage multiple workstreams at the same time
Passionate about technology and innovation
Fluent in English both written and communication skills
