Job Summary

Business Analyst will control scope of work on the development and execution of strategic initiatives for SCB. This role will be responsible for conducting business analysis, feasibility study and risk assessment to ensure that the information is accurate and most beneficial to the organization and control scope of the project in order to meet the project timeline.

Job Description

• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives for SCB
• Understand strategic business needs and shape requirements based on industry trends and new technologies
• Be able to independently gather business requirements
• Conduct analysis, feasibility study and risk assessment to ensure that the information provided to SCB’s senior management is accurate and most beneficial to the organization
• Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance the integration
• Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
• Manage the product development team to create a strong end product
• Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
• Determine roadmaps for products in the creation phase
• Work closely with the scrum team throughout the development process
• Schedule and lead meetings to identify issues and fixes for projects

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computing or Engineering or Financial, Banking or Economics or Business
• At least 5 years’ experience as Business Analyst/ Product owner
• Good personality, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good project management skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, presentation are prerequisites
• Background of Agile principles and process
• In-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trends
• Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative and innovative thinker
• Good command in English both written and spoken
