SCB’s and Sasin’s SCB Future Leader Challenge collaboration in search for digital idea talents

Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) has teamed up with Sasin School of Management of Chulalongkorn University (Sasin) to hold the SCB Future Leader Challenge 2020 (SCBFLC) in a search for new talents both in the country and outside. This year’s competition has been modernized to align with SCB’s future business, enabling students to demonstrate their data analytics and problem solving abilities. Competing teams will be required to apply technologies to solve real business cases and present them to a committee. The winning team will be awarded with an honorable plaque bestowed by His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn, including a monetary award.

The SCBFLC MOU signing ceremony held recently at the SCB Academy in the SCB Head Office, was honored with the attendance of SCB Senior Executive Vice President & Chief People Officer Mrs. Patraporn Sirodom and Sasin Deputy Director Prof. Dr. Chaipong Pongpanich.

Held every consecutive year since 2014, the SCBFLC is a competition program designed for master’s degree students, with more than 2,850 contestants from 150 universities in over 40 countries worldwide participating since the program’s inception.
