SCB and Sasin announce SCB Future Leader Challenge 2020 winners

Siam Commercial Bank Senior Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer Mrs. Patraporn Sirodom and Sasin Management Consulting’s Project Director and the
co-founder of the SCB Future Leader Challenge Program (SCBFLC) Mr. Nathasorn Boontanorm recently joined together to announce the seventh SCBFLC winner. Participating teams have been competing under the topics of “Millennial Lifestyles in Thailand” and “SCB’s Strategic Planning to Win Millennials.” The winner was the MR Squared Team from the Indian Institute of Management in Kozhikode. In line with the new normal practice, this year’s competition semi-final and final rounds were held on-line for the first time.

Established as a collaboration between Chulalongkorn University’s Sasin School of Management and Siam Commercial Bank, the SCB Future Leader Challenge (SCBFLC) is a case- study competition. The program allows graduate students with creative ideas from educational institutions worldwide to present practical business plans that can answer the requirements of the digital era and solve problems, effecting rapid changes in business operations and customer behaviors. The winning team will get a monetary award worth over 100,000 baht and an honorable plaque bestowed by His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua.
